• Review and respond to estimate requests.
• Contact you about your property, requested services, scheduling, and project.
• Create and operate private customer portal accounts.
• Provide project updates, timelines, and photos.
• Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and its services.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect customers, Vero & Terra, and others.

We do not use estimate information or property photos for unrelated advertising.

Service providers

We use a limited number of service providers to operate the website. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to us:

• Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and provides database and private file storage used for estimate requests, accounts, project information, and uploaded photos.
• Resend delivers transactional email notifications when an estimate request is submitted. A notification may include the contact and property details entered in the request, but uploaded photos are accessed through the private admin panel rather than attached to the email.

We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect safety or legal rights, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell or rent personal information to data brokers, collection companies, advertisers, or other third parties.

Payments

The website does not currently collect or store payment card information. If online payments are added, payment details will be processed by the payment provider and this policy will be updated before that feature is made available.

Photos and property information

Property and project photos are stored privately and are available only through authorized administrative or customer portal access. Please upload only photos you have the right to share and avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in images or written descriptions.

Cookies and sessions

The public website does not use advertising cookies. The admin and customer portals use necessary session cookies to keep authorized users signed in and protect private information. Disabling these cookies may prevent the portals from working.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, provide services, maintain project records, resolve disputes, meet legal or accounting obligations, and protect the website. Records and uploaded photos may be deleted when they are no longer needed.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained where required or permitted by law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including restricted portal access, private photo storage, and secure password handling. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for property owners and customers and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
